Drop any paper PDF: a test, a practice paper or a DPP. MinCrop finds every numbered item, crops it without its number, removes the watermark, trims the white space and hands you a ready ZIP of named images, and then fills and checks the Excel for tests and DPPs: you add only the Test ID, marks and IDs.
New to this? Watch Part 2: how to create the Excel (3 min)
Already have the crops from the content team? Choose their ZIP below. For a test, also fill the Test ID, marks and ranges; for a DPP, just the marks.
Section ID and Subject ID come from the test schedule (the section you created, and the subject mapped to it). Write which questions they cover, e.g. 1-50. One row is enough if the whole paper is one section. A paper with two sections, like GAT, needs two rows, e.g. 1-50 for English and 51-150 for GK & GS, each with its own Section ID and Subject ID.
Common subjects are built in. To add a new one, write it here, one per line: QBG Subject Id, name, Subject Id. Your additions are saved in this browser.
Check each card. Use Mark as comp for a direction or passage, or Remove for a wrong crop. Names update by themselves.
Every ZIP you download is listed here, saved only on this laptop. Open brings back that paper with all your edits, so you can change it and download again. The last 25 papers are kept.
